A few weeks ago the lovely brand 'Delicious Alchemy' sent me a box of goodies to try out. 'Delicious Alchemy' is a company that specialise In gluten and dairy free baking goods. Being someone that is lactose intolerant and loves to eat any kind of cake, cookie and so on i was very happy when the package arrived. Plus i had never tried anything that was gluten free before.

To start with i only asked about the brownie mix, because come on who doesn't love brownies? and i had never actually made brownies before. When emailing with the brand they asked if there were anything else i'd want to try and basically i told them everything, no joke. So i was rather happy when the box came the next day and all these goodies were inside. Each of the products are crazy good value, and if you don't like buying online you can find some of the products in your local co-operative for around £3.
If I'm honest i have never actually used a mix before, i have always baked items from scratch, but its been so much easier to use these mixes and a hell of a lot easier to clean up.

Here is a list of the items in the box:
Chocolate brownie mix
Oaty cookie mix
Vanilla sponge mix
Brown bread mix
Oats

I've tried pretty much all of the items i was sent and let me just tell you, they were amazing. I was going to give you guys a run down of the products and how good they were but instead I've decided to do that in a different post, kind of a recipe post for a few of them. They will be posted once a week for the next few weeks so keep an eye out for them.

Also how cute is it get get a personalized message from company's?!!

Have you guys tried these mixes before?
Let me know what you thought!

1. The screams come from the inside - Because speaking all of those thoughts and feelings out in public is very scary.

2. You have a guarded heart - because your a sensitive person and in touch with your emotions, you don't want your heart to get into the wrong hands.

3. Your emotions are crazy intense - You've kept them in for so long that when they come out, they come out in floods.

4. Your resting face, is your bitch face - You don't want to show anyone that your sensitive but it can be hard because your bitch face can also be an invitation for people to think there is always something wrong with you.

5. You are in tune with others feelings - when your friends in pain so are you, when that special someone laughs you grin, when someone cries, you feel your own tears coming. Keeping all your emotions in is a down fall sometimes but when something hits the spot that's that.

6. You hate crying - Crying can expose you to anyone who sees you like that. You even hate how it makes you feel. even that critical look people give you, and the for ever "are you ok's."

7. You hate when people are you whats wrong - answering them can become complicated and you know you will get emotional. You don't want to be rude but you also don't want to be overbearing either.

8. You get pissed off at life really easily - You always have one of those days where everyone and everything pisses you off. You find it pointless to explain your reasons because you know it will only make you see like a debbie downer.

9. Keeping a lid on your feelings is just part of life now - Your worse fear is someone using your vulnerability against you which is why you keep your emotions inside and out of the eyes of others.

10. Over thinking just comes second nature - because of your anxieties you start to analyze every tiny thing that happens around you. You like to thing over things before you act on them.

11. You have concealed anxiety - its not that you are trying to hide it from everyone but rather hide the symptoms like shaky breaths and sweaty palms. its hard to explain to people so you would rather hide it than try to explain it.

12. Your response to horrible people is to smile - you're secretly imagining their death, or them tripping over and landing face first in a pile of dog poo. Hey what they don't know wont hurt them.

Great ideas for tackling procrastination and getting things done! Love this free printable to serve as a reminder!:

Its taken me a long time to post any type of motivation posts again, sometimes i just loose motivation all together. Its been around 3 months and i have been in a never ending cycle of, i don't know, being lost.
Recently i have had no other way to live life than to simply be. to exist. Now i know most people go though this but when its you, you have no idea what the hell is going on.

My motivation for the next week is to simply begin.

To be able to do anything, to be able to do something i just need to begin, i just need to get up and start.

For some this might seem little but for others this might just be what they are needing to hear.
Its okay to just begin, every story needs a beginning.

You know when it comes to the whole "new year new me" statuses on facebook and your just like bitch please. Well here's basically a whole blog post dedicated to the "new year new me" status you will see a lot of today.

Enjoy.

1. Mind-set - Happiness doesn't come easy
My mental health has been all over the place recently, and when I say recently I mean forever. I am setting myself the goal to get my self sorted out. 2016 will be the year where I get rid of all the bad people in my life and work on myself. I want to grow my confidence because that has always been a struggle of mine, id also like the change the way I look at the world.

2. Fitness - Keep up working out
Mid summer 2015 I started using the local gym and I was going 3 times a week for an hour or so. I really started getting into my fitness and eating and living healthy. I don't know what happened but September time I gave in, I started eating rubbish again and not working out. So my fitness goal for 2016 is to start going to the gym at least twice a week and to cut out all of the shitty food. I would like to be happy with my fitness levels again.

3. Work - Find something i love and work hard at keeping it
This year I really would like to find a decent job, I have been out of work forever and it would really be nice to find a enjoyable job. I must admit this is only a short term goal, I have my sights set on my own shop (I can dream). I will for sure carry on volunteering with Oxfam, because I love what I do right now.

4. Blog - work harder and collaborate more often
towards the end of this year I have struggled A LOT with my blog, but I am hoping that from the 1st of January my blog will be updated 3 times a week - Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I always want to start reviewing products again, posting more lifestyle posts and writing short stories again, but were see. I would also love to go to a blogger meet up in 2016 and make some blogger friends but I'm always the last to find out about meet ups. (so someone please be my friend and fill me in on all the blogging stuff???!)

5. Family - take more photos with my family
Family to me is a very strange thing, My family have always been at each others throats and basically everyone hates everyone but I think it would be amazing if the family could get pieced back together. I really want to try more with my sisters and if that relationship cant be fixed I would really love to spend more time with my nieces and nephews.

Do you guys have goals set of 2016? or are you just going to go with the flow?

Let me know!
