This gorgeous statement necklace is from Debenhams, I spotted it and just couldn't resit buying it. After all i have been wanting a statement necklace for such a long time now.

It's by  Betty Jackson and luckily it was in the sale originally at £20 and a steal for £8.
I love the chunkiness of the necklace, but also how its kind of still delicate. Not to mention the sparkles... who doesn't love sparkles????
The two sides of the necklace fold so that it is easy to put on, but it also fits in perfect with the rest of the design, so you wouldn't even think that it was 3 different parts slotted together.

What do you think about statement necklaces?

So a few weeks ago i found these while shopping with my parents, I was rather surprised when i did because for the price of only £1.50 each they were a steal, because anywhere else they are like £5 right? Any ways i picked up these two colours, a dark pink and a lighter one, The dark one called "Boom chic a boom" and the lighter colour being "Make me blush"
how cute are the names though?

First of all i just want to say that i actually love these so much, and will probs be raving about them for months (I've already got my friends loving them) and i have posted about them a tone of time on Instagram and Twitter.

Applying the colour rush stick is pretty simple, just like you would any other product, and the extra added glossiness to it makes it a tone easier to apply, not to mention how wonderfully Moisturising it makes my lips feel.
I love the idea of these lip sticks too, because its also sort of a lip stain, and after the gloss of the lip product has run out the colour is still there (sort of).

I use this dark pink for a more bold lip, But surprisingly i haven't used it a hell of a lot compared to the lighter colour, simply because when the balm has run out, and the colour is meant to last longer, it simply leaves my lips all patchy. and leaves a ring around my lips, which have the time i don't even realise i have..

This lighter colour i have been using a hell of a lot, i love love love the colour, because its sort of a pink nude. I have also found that because this is a lighter shade it doesn't leave my lips patch either.

Here's the swatches of the two colours together..

What do you think?
A product you would use?

Recently I've been getting more and more into fashion. Not just what Kim and Kanye are wearing, but I have found myself trying a hell of a lot more with my own style, with trying to dress better for my shape, and to make myself feel better with how i look.
I have also been loving the app, Polyvore, You can create different sets, and you can pretty much find clothes from any store on there, which is amazing!
So a quick note... from now on, All of the 1 items 2 ways posts, will have been made on Polyvore.
You can check out my sets HERE

Using the Green jumper as the main item these are the two outfits I've put together.

Green Jumper Statement piece

Look number 1: Styling a nice thick pair of leggings with a baggy over sized jumper is a perfect relaxed look. Adding a pair of healed boots, a statement necklace and a leather jacket is perfect for this winter weather. Not to mention you'd be kind of rocking the biker chick look.

Green Green Green

Look number 2: Ripped jeans are all the rage at the moment and pairing these with a baggy jumper and bomber jacket makes the perfect layered effect, adding winter boots, and a backpack too for all those day trips are an ideal match for the jumper. Also i love to colour coordinate my nails too so this OPI nail varnish is perfect.

What do you guys think?
Would you wear any of these?

Everyone has those bad days, so i thought I'd jot down a few of the things i do to get myself though them. There is no, how to be happy step by step guide, everyone is completely different and handles sadness and happiness in different ways, but maybe these light hearted pieces of advice will help you feel that little bit better when you feeling sad.

1. Remember, Everything is temporary. Nothing is truly permanent.

2. Sad music will only make you sadder. So watch some programs that make you happy, order a pizza, eat some ice cream.

3. That TV series you are about to start today? It will be there when you get back. go for a run, or a walk or go see some friends, fresh air does us the world of good.

4. Don't dwell on the bad things that have happened in the past, everyone has been hurt. You'll get though it in time, surround yourself with positive people, people that make you happy, they will slowly help you get though the rough times and fix everything.

5. Keep a note of all the happy moments in life. A "Happy journal" for the moments that your sad. Looking back on the good times does cheer you up.

I spotted urban decay's latest launch just before Christmas, there were a lot of posts popping up on my bloglovin', and i was seeing this little box of wonder everywhere.
After having the urban decay's naked 2 pallet for my birthday, i fell in love with the brand very quickly and when i spotted it in my local Debenhams, pride of place easily spotted when you walked though the doors, i fell in love, and i knew i just had to have it. So it turns out that on Christmas morning as well as a tone of other urban decay items me and my mum both got this wonderful thing.

The thing i love about this palette is that their is basically a full face of makeup in once place (apart from base products). The palette includes 6 neutral eye shadows, bronzer, blush, eyeliner, mascara and lipgloss. I personally think the box is so cute, its a big box but is also light weight at the same time, and the magnetic seal makes it feel secure when its closed. I guess this is so when you do take it on the go, that it will stay shut in your handbag. Not to mention the actually casing.. Rose gold? just makes the packaging even better. Who doesn't love rose gold?

The one thing i have always loved about urban decay is the shadows, simply because of how amazing pigmented they all are. I love to be able to blend my shadows well, and some eye shadows i have tried before simply haven't done that for me. Not to mention that these 6 shades are brand new, for this limited addition on the go palette, so they have never been put in any of the other naked palettes. There are 3 amazing shimmer shades, and 3 matte shades so you have everything you need to create a tone of different eye looks, both for day and night. You can also use them for your brows, i have, in fact when ever i use this i will always use 'fix' for my brows. My favorite shade is dixie (on the left) its a rose gold kind of shimmer and i just adore it.

lets not forget about the bronzer and blush, i honestly love using bronzer for my contour and this one is my go to at the moment. The bronzer can look a bit orange, but i don't use a hell of a lot, and once blended out with the blush brush i have, i think it looks really nice. Also the same with the blush, when blended out it creates this beautiful soft pink flush.

Including: Glide on eye pencil, Gesso lip-gloss, perversion mascara, Dixie, fix, resist, dare, stun, bronzer, blush, 5050 eye shadow / highlighter

Next is the 24/7 glide-on eye pencil in the shade 'stag', the perversion mascara and NAKED lipgloss which all slot perfectly into the top the the palette. Both the eye pencil and mascara are both generous travel sizes and the lip gloss is full size. I had never tried any of these products before, but i am pretty happy with them. The perversion mascara has been hyped about a hell of a lot, and i agree with most people when they say that it is such a nice mascara, my lashes look longer and thicker than ever. The naked lipgloss is also something i have heard a lot about but had not yet tried. The packaging is so pretty, the gloss is so lovely too, it not sticky like most and is a lovely pink shade.

Overall I am a huge fan of this palette and i am just in love with the colours. Yes i got this as a present, but you can get it online at feel unique for just £37 which i find is a really good deal, considering that just the lipgloss by its self is £14. Such a bargain!

What do you think? would you use it?

So after doing a very loved hair hack post just before Christmas, i wanted to do another. I recently had my hair cut (well before Christmas) and thought id show you how you can curl you short hair, and style it a few different ways.

One hair style i have been loving lately is Taylor swift's. She has been rocking the shoulder length hair cut recently, and i wanted to kind of do a look based on her curls.
So here is my inspiration for this post..

My hair isn't as short as Taylor's is but i still liked the style and wanted to give it ago. The hair straighteners came in handy when it came to this kind of curls, because i wanted to create curls that were chunky and were lose to. I think this style of curls work really well compared to using a curling iron or something else...

After creating these lovely curls, i wanted to try out a few different hair styles that would work well with the curls, so here they are.

1. The pin back.

2. The high ponytail

3. Push back.

What do you guys think?

Since starting my blog, my love for make up has sky rocketed, I've gone from someone that only wanted foundation and eyeliner to get by to someone that loves all make up products, and having an obsession with lipsticks. Before and around Christmas time i invested in some rather expensive make up brushes, two of which are in this photo, firstly a blurring brush and secondly a crease brush, which i have been loving the use of to try out all sorts of eye shadow looks, oh and both of these brushes are from Urban Decay.
Also for Christmas i got the Naked on the run pallet from Urban Decay ( I just love all of their make up and want to buy it all) anyways this pallet is amazing, and i use it basically everyday.. my only let down is the writing on the front has rubbed off..
Anyways, any one who knows me well, will know how hard i have tried to grow my nails out, (i just want long nails) and part of that i have been buying myself TONES on nail varnish to keep me inspired, The 'fun fair' Ciate nail varnish is one of my all time favs so couldn't be left off this list.
Two of the next products have been my most used items so far, and by far my most loved lip products, first one being my lasting finish lip liner, and the next being a beautiful plum colour lip tint. I wear these most days, and the lip tint under a lipstick when i go out as it helps the colour stay longer.
Lastly Id like to mention the roller lash mascara, how many of you guys love it? It is honestly the best mascara i have tried out, and it deserves to be in this photo and on my blog, because my lashes wouldn't be looking amazing with out this.

I just wanted to talk about a few make up bits, simply because i haven't recently.
Have you tried any of these? What do you think?

Simple - Kind to skin hydrating light moisturiser

I have been using this moisturiser for a few months now and honestly it is the best one i have found. It is definitely a very light formula and only the smallest amount is needed to hydrate your skin, this also helps with preserving the product, so it lasts a lot longer. I love that it has a very fine shimmer which adds a very healthy glow to my skin as well as making me look more fresh looking too. I have also been starting to use it before putting my make up on in the morning, and its make applying my foundation a hell of a lot nicer. Also the dry part of my skin don't show up a hell of a lot anymore when using this product.

Since using this product, it has helped keep my break outs under control and i have read that it works well with the simple clensing wipes or cleanser too, so i will have to try that out too!!

Pros:
1. Lightweight
2.Only a small amount needed
3.Keeps moisturised all day
4. Gives a healthy glow
5. Easy squeeze tube

Overall, i love this product and will be repurchasing it as soon as i run out, i mean at around £4 it isn't to bad.

Whats your go to moisturiser?
Also have you voted for what you want to see more of? you can find the poll on the side of my blog, it would be helpful if you could just spend a sec to select what you want to see on here..

forget the rules if you like it wear it, quote poster print, Typography Posters, Home wall decor, Motto, graphic design, fashion

I'm not going to lie to you i had no idea what to write about today. Most weeks i have it all done and ready to upload in the morning, but not today. In fact i have put about 3 different quotes on this page before i decided on this one.
I wanted to show you this quote and write about it because it kind of hit me hard (metaphorically).

I have been interested in fashion all my life, when i was just 12 i wanted to be a fashion designer, and that goal hasn't been forgotten, but just thought of unreachable. I have been following lots of different fashion blogs for over the last year and honestly i have never felt more inspired to want to dress and style my clothes in different ways i have never thought of before.

I am a plus size girl, most people know that.. and i have been struggling with my weight all my life. That is not why i am writing about this quote though, i am writing about this quote because being plus size i have always hated my clothes. I have hated going shopping with friends, buying clothes, and wearing them.
When ever i do go shopping (alone) and i find something i like i always think "I'm not skinny enough to wear that" why is that? why should i be thinking like that? I shouldn't!!
I have always hated my body image, and not in a no confidence way, it a way that it has made me very very depressed. but why should this be okay? its the same as girls sized 4, 6, 8 or 10 being made to feel ashamed for being that size, or looking the way they do. It's not that i just don't agree with the way girls are being treated, its the fact that girls are being miss treated by them selves because of these "rules" when in fact there isn't really any rules when it comes to fashion apart from this one...

IF YOU LIKE IT, WEAR IT.

Why would it matter if someone else doesn't like what you are wearing? it is after all your body, as long as you love it, nothing else should matter. So this week, when i go shopping i am setting myself the goal of forgetting what other people might think, and if i LOVE it i will buy it and i will wear it with confidence. That is all.

Sorry for kind of ranting on a lot!!

I geared up in my comfy sweats and headed to the fields.Miles upon miles of green grass and path ways. The only thing i had with me was my camera.
My aim was to take a few beautiful up close shots, or the ground around me.
Here those pictures are.

- The frost

- The puddle of ice

- Ice crystals

- The bark

- Grassy corn fields

I honestly love everyone on these pictures and i hope you do too.

I brought this wonderful over sized scarf from the wonderful land of primark just before Christmas. While doing a tad of Christmas shopping with my niece i spotted this lovely one in the "hat and scarf" section and fell in love with it. Its blue, green and black, and is in the wonderful tartan pattern that every seems to go crazy over.
I have recently loved the over sized style of things, but never thought it would suite me like most fashion trends don't... But when i tried it on in the shop, i tried it on with my black fitted coat that i LOVE and i thought it looked rather good. I've been wearing it with this coat most days when i go out and i just think it looks great (and keeps me warm). Baring in mind that i am 5'3 and a larger size... it makes me feel way more confident because it covers more area than a normal scarf would..
I love the fact that its also rather a thick scarf too, and did i mention that it is also kinda a blanket..? Oh and it was only £5

If i went on and on I'm so sorry but i just wanted to tell you guys about something that i have been loving recently.

I'd also like to add that even though this isn't much of a review, every Wednesday (fingers crossed) will be review Wednesday from now on. Watch this space for more of my ramblings.

positive thinking. http://www.isabellamozzarella.co.uk/

What a better way to start your day? I was once told by a lovely woman that when you wake up, and you look in the mirror when getting ready for the day, tell yourself something that you like about yourself. One positive thing a day, after a while you should start noticing these things more and more often and there forth start to like them more.

For me this kind of helped but also i found that just because your naming things that you think are okay, doesn't always mean your start to like them.
So even though i find that saying one positive thing a day helps a hell of a lot here are a few things i also do to make myself feel.. OK.

1. I tell myself I'm Ok.
A LOT.
Over and over again, until i believe it.

2. Smiling, It helps, because people end up smiling at you back, and that gives me a good feeling!

3. Listen to music, Music i love. I find that it is a lot easier for my to go out when i have my headphones on. I listen to fall out boy most of the time, simply because their music makes me feel great, and confident because of the beat, but also because of the words.
If you feel confident then other people will think you are.

Simple.

Try them? I know there weird, but let me know if they help you like they help me?

Kanye West.

If you don't know who kanye west is then you must be on a social media/tv/radio blackout.

Last night, while new York city dropped the big ball Mr West dropped this massive single that features the amazing Paul McCartney, that has made me fall in love pretty much all over again.

Here is that single...

Since i heard this song a little big ago, it has been playing on repeat, i honestly cant get enough.
It makes me want to slow dance with my teddy bear at the end of my bed.

I also really love the comment Kim wrote about this song and her husband. "Everyone asks me what my favorite Kanye song is. Its Only One. Kanye felt like his mom was singing though him to our daughter. This song makes me cry every time i hear it."

How cute is that?

Let me know what you think? Id love to hear your thoughts about the song!

So apparently i have this genuinely rare and amazing talent called 'procrastinating'
Its even got to a point where i genuinely even procrastinate from doing things that i enjoy doing. so my aim for this year is to try and so a lot more of the things i enjoy.

1. Reading - I love to read as much as i love to write. Honestly its not like i haven't done a load of reading this year, but i don't think i have done enough. I love to read, because it gives me a lot of different ideas for my own writing, so my aim for 2015 is to read a min of 100.

2. Smiling more - My genuine smile makes my face all squishy and look gross, but I've decided i want to look gross. at least then i am happy to.
I never seem to smile, not in real life anyways, only in photos. So ill be giving that ago and looking gross at the same time.

3. Taking care of myself - My main problem has been my mental health, and even thought this year has not been the best, i got help for a problem that I've had for a long time. This year I'm going to try my best to help myself, take my meds and focus on the positives.

4. Staying fit - I'm a young female who is unhappy with her body image 'Shock horror'
I've been unhappy with the way I've looked since i can remember. Millions of times I've lost weight, or tried to eat healthy or started at the gym but i never follow though and always end up giving up. Well this year I've decided that I'm not going to set any more goals like these as such. Just that I'm going to stay fit, eat well and exercise enough to just feel good. Because what girl doesn't want to feel good about her self?

5. Just say yes - I have lost out on a lot of different opportunities in the last year, simply because i have been to scared or to lazy to do it. So this year will be full of lots and lots of the YES word. That way i wont ever have to think 'what if' I need to make time for doing things i want to do.

These are only 5 things that i aim to do in 2015, what goals have you set yourself?
