Motivation Monday #8

I don't know about you but i am constantly worrying about things i cant even control. This week I'm going to try and let go of all that.

One thing i know most of us girls do, is almost bully our self's for the way we are looking, and we don't tend to love our self's are much as we should. I decided that this week I'm going to love myself and not beat myself up over all the little things i find my self fixated on. I'm not going to stress over dropping out of college, or not having a job right now, and my if my rooms a little messy its fine. I'm going to make sure i get out more, and not eat a lot of junk food.

Where i go wrong, is that i focus on the bad things, and things i have done wrong. I am always making myself feel bad for messing something up, or doing something i "shouldn't". I am my own worst enemy. 

This week I wan't you guys to all do this with me. Everyday find something good that you have done and note it down, and give yourself a pat on the back. For me this is a really big thing, I am never saying nice things about myself, but there is things I'm good that, wonderful things I've done and i have got reasons to be proud of myself, and so do you!
